Bluegrass Home Group was founded by Michelle Gunter in Lexington, KY in 2015 after 17 years in customer service, with a focus on providing the very best service in the industry.

Bluegrass Home Group was started after Founder Michelle Gunter saw the need for consumers to have a higher level of service than most Realtors offer.

We very quickly noticed the need to sit down and educate our consumers on what to expect during the buying and selling process. Even the most experienced buyers & sellers were not able to keep up with the rapid changes in the market and lending industry.

Mission, Vision and Future:

Our vision in starting the company was to offer services that met the goals of buyers and sellers in the hope of helping them to create wealth and financial security through Real Estate.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to all of our customers while keeping them informed of the ever changing market and constantly developing strategies to keep Bluegrass Home Group and the consumer ahead of the game every step of the way.

In the near future we are poised to be number one in sales in the Lexington, KY Market while providing the largest base of resources to our clients.

Our office is centrally located based in Lexington, near Downtown, Trendy Southland neighborhood and the Summit at Fritz Farm. It is owned by founder Michelle Gunter, who has an extensive background in negotiating contracts and previously managed 100 Million a year in travel and operated other highly successful businesses.
