"It was a pleasure working with Michelle. She made a very overwhelming process of buying our first house, in a challenging market to boot, much more manageable. She was very easy to reach, went out of her way to explain the whole process and paperwork ahead of time so we could make informed decisions quickly and confidently. Michelle was very knowledgeable of the Lexington area, and much farther surrounding than I would have thought. She also had relationships with inspectors, financing, insurance and others. Having just come to the area, this was particularly helpful, but she was fine with us using someone else as well. Everyone she recommended was top notch too! I will gladly use Michelle again, and will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent!"

"When we decided to buy a new home we interviewed a total of 5 realtors. Michelle was head and shoulders above everyone that we interviewed. Throughout the process we continued to be impressed with her. After seeing several homes with her she had a great sense of what we were looking for and what we wanted to avoid, and that house wasn't on the market when we first started working with her. But she got us in to see the perfect house before anyone else, and was able to guide us through negotiations to success. There were some hurdles along the way but Michelle was always able to help guide us through. We won't be looking for a new home for a long time because of how much we love this one, but when we are ready, we will definitely use Michelle again."

She was amazing from start to finish...helped us in every aspect and was incredibly knowledgeable and shrewd in advising us at every decision point, from helping us understand the process when we were ready to buy, through making offers and negotiation, to inspection all the way through closing. "As full disclosure, I knew her before real estate. What I have said to everyone I recommend her to is, "When someone finds what they are good at and excel at it, it is amazing to watch. Michelle is outstanding at all things real estate and I have loved watching her personally outsell almost all other realtors. I NEVER recommend people because they are my friend. I recommend them because they are great at what they do. She has now sold 2 houses I was flipping, was my in-laws agent when they moved here from out of state, and was my friend's (from a different country) agent helping them to buy a second house, including working with them about financing and banks. You want real estate, you need her. You want to sell real estate, you need her.""
